We are looking for Junior Associates to join our Investment Team within our Performing Credit strategy. The team consists of 23 professionals working with financial and fundamental research, credit analysis, and other ad-hoc assignments related to credit investments. 

As a Junior Associate you will get the opportunity to acquire valuable experience in working with fundamental company analysis, financial modeling, and credit risk, and you will become familiar with various financial instruments, getting insights into several global industries. Capital Four is committed to responsible investing and you will be involved in assessing ESG risks and opportunities as part of the credit analysis. 

Job Description

• Work with Investment Analysts to build financial models to support investment decisions.
• Assist on in-depth company and market analysis of potential investment targets.
• Various other ad-hoc assignments related to credit investments.
• The position is estimated to be 15 hours a week with a flexible attitude towards working hours.

About You

• Attending a relevant university or business school and pursuing a degree within finance, economics or similar with great academic credentials.
• Great quantitative skills and attention to detail.
• A structured working approach and an ability to consistently deliver high quality results.
• Understanding of basic financial statements.
• Team player with an ambitious and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in written and spoken English.
