Junior Associate, DevOps – Copenhagen
We are looking for an ambitious student with an interest in programming and Finance. The role sits within the DevOps team, which is a technical team supporting the rest of the organization.
The DevOps team is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and configuring core systems, building system integrations, and organizing data. The team works in 2-week sprints with an agile approach and a high degree of diversity of tasks.
Job Description
- Collaborate & Deliver: Work alongside a team of seasoned IT professionals to deliver diverse, impactful solutions across SQL Server, Python, Azure, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI-driven automation.
- System Development: Contribute directly to system implementation and development initiatives that optimize and support core business processes.
- Flexible Execution: Work seamlessly both independently and in collaboration with DevOps team members.
- DevOps Growth: Grow into a DevOps champion within the organization, learning to support various teams and handle ad-hoc technical requests.
- Hours & Flexibility: This is a part-time position (15 hours per week) featuring high flexibility to accommodate your university schedule and exam periods.
About You
- Analytical Mindset: You possess sharp analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a natural, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent communication skills and are eager to actively engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Proactive & Curious: You are naturally curious, ready to take on responsibility, and comfortable working both autonomously and as a collaborative team player.
- Educational Background: You are currently pursuing a relevant degree (IT, Science, Engineering, or Business/Finance with an IT focus), preferably with 2–3 years remaining in your studies.
- Coding Foundations: You have hands-on experience (from work, university, or personal projects) with at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Language Skills: High proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
